We have extensive technical experience working with Nickel-Metal Hydride (NiMH), Nickel-Cadmium (NiCd or NiCad), and Alkaline configurations (including Zn, MnO₂, and KMnO₄ cells). We also specialize in advanced Lithium-Ion (Li-ion) and Lithium-Polymer (LiPo) battery technologies.

Battery cells come in a wide range of capacities and fixed voltages to suit different applications. To ensure maximum performance and safety, we utilize premium matching connectors for your devices, heavy-duty wiring that fully complies with UL safety standards, and specialized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) heat-shrink tubing tailored to your specific configuration.

For advanced safety, built-in thermal protection—such as specialized thermistors—can be integrated to prevent your custom pack from overheating or overcharging.

We build configurations for all industries, including 6V 1000mAh NiCd packs for emergency lighting and communication equipment, as well as high-capacity 4.8V, 2.4V, 3.6V, and high-drain 36V 2500mAh (90Wh, 20A rate, 10S1P) setups.
